I’m a Swedish ceramicist based in Copenhagen. I graduated my MA in Ceramic design at KADK (The Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts, Schools of Architecture, Design and Conservation) in 2017 and I'm currently employed as a research assistant at KADK.
My main interest and focus in ceramics, lays in experimenting with new ways to work with material and process, both from techniques in manufacturing and glazing. I work with both classical techniques, and newer technology such as 3D-printing, and I use them to explore new ways to see ceramics in different contexts, both in architecture and products.
There’s so many ways to approach the subject with digital manufacturing ceramics and there’s constantly new potential to explore, but I find inspiration in the juxtaposition of the classic crafts material and something digitally created.
